Motion studies
Motion demos
Ten motion studies. The first four are candidate motion systems for the site, each applied to a copy of the home page; the rest are single-idea sketches of moments the site might need. Open one, reload it, hover the cards, press them, tab through with the keyboard.
Machined Minimal
The pure judge-panel synthesis. Hero boots in three beats on a 90ms clock, a copper rule draws once under the name, then the site only moves when touched.
Agent Console
Machined base plus an AI-first signature: a mono machine-voice line and a plan → build → test → ship pipeline where one agent-dot runs the line once, lights copper at ship, then rests.
Physics moment
Machined base plus one contained showpiece: the tech stack becomes physical chips that drop, collide, settle — drag and flick them. A wink at Cannon Drop and Prism Light.
Whisper-quiet
No entrances at all — the page simply is. All craft lives under the pointer: card lift, press detent, pipeline tag sweep, sharpening underlines.
Merge train
Pull requests as cars on a line: queued, held at CI for inspection, then rolling to merged and turning green before the next one follows.
Pipeline
A build pipeline checking itself off stage by stage — each step settles before the next begins, so progress reads as sequence rather than spinner.
Diff
A diff assembling itself line by line: removals and additions arrive in reading order so the shape of a change is legible before the detail.
Type ramp
The type scale introducing itself one step at a time — the hierarchy the rest of the site relies on, shown as a ramp rather than a specimen.
Skeleton
Loading placeholders that resolve into content, sized to the real thing so nothing reflows when the content lands.
Ship log
A release log filling in newest-first, each entry settling into place — the rhythm of shipping, without a progress bar.
